By engaging DeskAI's services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
DeskAI provides custom AI solutions, web development, automation, and related digital services. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed between both parties.
Clients are responsible for:
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables specific to their project. DeskAI retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any proprietary tools, frameworks, or components developed independently by DeskAI remain our property.
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may result in paused work. DeskAI reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received in full.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project. DeskAI will not disclose client data, business logic, or proprietary information to third parties without consent.
DeskAI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our work or services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced. Prepaid amounts for work not started may be refunded at DeskAI's discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
